ARVEX International

Service Agreement

This agreement describes the proposed terms for local visibility services purchased through ARVEX International. The selected service and market, written scope, quotation or invoice, and any separately agreed terms together define the engagement. Questions and requests should be sent to hello@arvex.digital.

Details to be completed before contracting: ARVEX is the brand name shown here. The provider’s full legal entity name, registered address, registration details where applicable, governing law and dispute forum have not been supplied. They must be specified in the final agreement or invoice before a legally effective contract is concluded. This page does not invent those details.

1. Service scope

Only the agreed deliverables are included. Advertising spend, additional pages or integrations, custom development, content production and other extra work are excluded unless expressly included in the written scope. No particular sales, leads, traffic, review outcomes or search rankings are guaranteed.

2. Customer responsibilities

The customer must be authorised to act for the business and supply accurate business details, lawful content, rights to supplied materials, necessary platform access and timely approvals. The customer remains responsible for business claims, regulatory disclosures and the legality of its products, services and content. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer information by ordinary email; agree a secure access method instead.

ARVEX may pause work where required access, information, approval or payment is missing, or where instructions would breach law or platform policies. Any effect on delivery will be communicated and a revised schedule agreed.

3. Prices, payment and bank transfers

Prices are fixed for the selected market: US purchases are in USD, Canadian purchases in CAD and UK purchases in GBP. Profile, website/SEO and bundle purchases are one-time payments. Management is a monthly subscription. Confirm the service, currency, amount, any applicable tax, recurring billing and cancellation arrangements on the invoice and Stripe checkout before paying. Any discrepancy must be resolved before payment; no undisclosed extra charge is authorised by this page.

Stripe processes online payments on its own checkout. Work begins after payment is confirmed; redirect is not proof of payment. A bank transfer request is not a payment or reservation. Bank instructions are sent only after an invoice is issued and recipient details are verified. Work will not begin until transferred funds have cleared and ARVEX has confirmed receipt.

4. Delivery and revisions

The start date, milestones, delivery timeline, review process and completion criteria are mutually agreed in writing. No fixed turnaround or platform approval timeline is promised here. Customer delays, third-party decisions or changes to the scope may require a mutually agreed revised schedule.

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope and review arrangements; no unlimited revisions are promised. Material changes or new deliverables require an agreed written change request, price and timeline before additional work starts. Report concerns promptly so they can be reviewed and addressed against the agreed requirements.

5. Ownership, access and third-party costs

The customer retains ownership of its pre-existing content and accounts. Ownership or licence rights in final custom deliverables, source files, hosting and administrative access must be stated in the written scope before work begins, including the handover arrangements following cleared payment. No blanket transfer of third-party or pre-existing intellectual property is promised.

The customer should retain control of its domain, business profile and essential business accounts. Third-party themes, software, stock media, hosting, domains, advertising and platform subscriptions may carry separate charges and licence restrictions. Such costs and the responsible payer must be disclosed and approved in advance; they are not assumed included unless the scope says so. Platform availability and decisions are outside ARVEX’s control.

6. Website renewal and monthly management

Annual website renewal, where applicable, is US$199/year. For Canada and the UK, it is US$199/year or the local equivalent quoted before renewal, not CA$199 or £199. The renewal quote must identify its currency, amount, term and included services.

A one-time website or bundle payment does not start a recurring website renewal subscription. A separate quote and explicit future payment authorisation must be obtained before any renewal payment or subscription is initiated. There is no automatic website renewal without separate consent. The preliminary website acknowledgment does not authorise renewal charges.

Monthly management is distinct from website renewal. Its recurring amount, billing schedule and cancellation process must be disclosed and separately accepted in Stripe as required. Contact ARVEX to request cancellation and confirm the effective date; no undisclosed minimum commitment or notice period is created by this page.

7. Cancellation, refunds and applicable rights

Send cancellation or refund requests to hello@arvex.digital. ARVEX will review the work completed, any approved non-recoverable third-party costs, the written agreement and applicable law, and communicate the proposed resolution. This page does not impose a blanket no-refund rule or promise an unconditional refund.

Mandatory consumer rights, statutory cancellation or cooling-off rights and remedies under applicable law take precedence. Where early performance during a statutory cancellation period needs an express request or acknowledgment, it must be separately captured before work starts. The preliminary checkbox is not treated as that consent.

8. Confidentiality, data and privacy

Each party must protect non-public information received for the engagement and use it only for agreed services or lawful obligations. Share only necessary data and use approved secure access methods. Processing customer or reviewer personal data on the customer’s behalf may require a separate data-processing agreement covering roles, security, subprocessors, retention and deletion before access is granted.

The Privacy Policy describes this checkout’s country lookup, external payments and email contact. Project data handling and retention arrangements must be agreed for the actual service; this page does not invent a retention period or compliance certification.

9. Governing law and disputes

The provider’s legal identity, governing law and competent dispute forum are to be specified in the final agreement before contracting. No country or state jurisdiction is selected by this page or by choosing a pricing market. Mandatory rights and any legally required local forum remain unaffected. Parties should first communicate any dispute in writing and seek a resolution without restricting statutory remedies.

10. Acknowledgment and legally effective consent

The checkout checkbox is a preliminary website acknowledgment of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. It is not stored, does not record a signed contract and does not provide an acceptance audit trail. Stripe checkout must separately capture legally effective consent if required, or a separate signed agreement must be completed before contracting and starting work.

Any required renewal authorisation, subscription consent, or early-performance request is separate. Material changes to the scope or terms require agreement; they are not accepted silently by an earlier checkbox.
