The checkout itself does not save the preliminary acknowledgment, a signature, payment details or customer records. The selected country and service appear in the page URL; they are not a payment confirmation. Hosting providers may process technical request information under their own policies.

Country suggestion

When no supported country is supplied in the URL, your browser requests an approximate country from country.is. That provider receives your IP address as part of the request. No precise location permission is requested. A supported country in the URL skips the lookup, and a manual country selection takes precedence over a late result. The suggestion may be inaccurate; unavailable or unsupported results default to the US.

Payments and contact

Stripe processes payments on its own pages under Stripe’s privacy policy. Payment information and any acceptance Stripe records are handled there, not by this website’s checkbox. Emails to hello@arvex.digital are used to handle your request and any resulting engagement or legal obligations. Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Service data and privacy requests

Privacy questions and applicable access, correction or deletion requests can be sent to hello@arvex.digital. Before services involve customer or reviewer personal data, the parties must agree appropriate processing, access, security and retention arrangements. No specific retention period is represented here.

The provider’s legal identity, address, applicable privacy obligations and complete service-specific privacy disclosures remain to be supplied before contracting. This policy describes the current checkout, not a certification of compliance.
